Considered answers.
The questions every new client asks before their first consultation, answered without performance.
What happens at a consultation?
+
Forty-five minutes. We read your face — bone structure, light play, kinetic behaviour — listen carefully to your goals, photograph if you consent, and walk you through what we would actually recommend. Sometimes that is treatment today. Sometimes it is treatment in three months. Sometimes it is a recommendation that you wait. There is never any pressure or upsell.
Do you do filler?
+
Yes, when the face is asking for it. We are equally comfortable not doing filler when the face is not. Our default is restraint, our second choice is biostimulators, and filler enters the conversation only when architecture genuinely requires it.
Will I look 'done'?
+
Not on purpose. Our entire training is built around the opposite outcome. Most of our clients are told they look 'rested' or 'glowy' — almost never that they look 'done'. If a treatment carries any meaningful risk of looking obvious, we will tell you and either modify it or decline it.
How soon will I see results?
+
Neuromodulators settle in over seven to fourteen days. Filler is roughly visible immediately and finishes settling at two weeks. Biostimulators build over three to six months. We always book a two-week review so we can adjust if needed.
Is the consultation refundable if I do not book treatment?
+
Consultations are complimentary. We do not charge until you decide to book treatment.
Do you treat men?
+
Yes — Signature Masculine is built specifically for masculine facial architecture. We treat men weekly and have a strong reputation for protecting masculine kinetic identity rather than softening it.
Can I bring photos of someone else as a reference?
+
Of course, and we will look at them. But we will treat your anatomy, not theirs. The most beautiful results we have ever produced look like the client — not the reference.
What if I am unsure I am ready?
+
Then come in for a consultation and leave without booking treatment. We will give you honest information and you can decide later. Many of our clients consult twice before they book their first appointment.
